Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020

After the marvelous success of Pariksha Pe Charcha organized in the past two years, the Indian Prime Minister is back with the third edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha which is to be held on 20th January 2020, at Talkatora Stadium in New Delhi. PM Modi will interact with many young students, teachers and parents through this programme.

The first edition of this programme was held in 2018.

The students across India have expressed their happiness and gratitude for organizing this programme for the third time in a row. A Class 9 student from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Aizawl, said that she watched last year's edition of PPC in her school and she is now very excited to participate in this year’s programme. A student of Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Jammu, said that PPC would motivate students and bring more confidence and help them beat stress.

This initiative aims to help students in managing stress during their board exams and other entrance exams like JEE, NEET, etc. The selected students will also get an opportunity to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and ask their questions.

The Ministry of Human Resource and Development in association with MyGov organized a ‘short essay’ competition for Class 9-12 students for this year’s programme. The essay was based on one of the five following themes:

1. Gratitude is Great

2. Your Future Depends on Your Aspirations

3. Examining Exams

4. Our Duties, Your Take

5. Balance in Beneficial

The students from Ladakh and Ranchi have been shortlisted, and they will now be participating in the programme to be held in New Delhi.

The Prime Minister has also invited suggestions from students, teachers, and parents for the next edition of the book “EXAM WARRIORS”.
